How long does it take for my order to arrive?

pALScap.org is a small Mom and Pop (Mr Ed and Ms Carol) operation. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. We do our best to keep our inventory current and stocked.  Therefore, we really appreciate your understanding and patience in this ALS Awareness and pALS support endeavor. 

If the items are in stock you can expect 4-7 business days.  If we have to special order, it could take 3-4 weeks for us to turn around the purchase of the caps, have them embroidered and shipped for arrival to you.
